Based in Coventry - Commutable from Solihull, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Daventry
MI Analyst with SSRS, SSIS, T-SQL and ideally SSAS required for a Contact Centre based in Coventry. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000 with benefits.
As the MI Analyst you will be expected to delivery Daily, Monthly and Weekly MI across the business. Involved with meetings with business units to ensure reports are being used to the full potential and to understand what new reports are required for the business.
The successful candidate is require to have SSRS and ETL experience. Advance Excel skills and able to write queries using T-SQL. Previous experience within a Contact Centre environment would be beneficial.
