Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior or Graduate Technical Support Analyst to join an established international business, a leader in their industry and whom are expanding further. They are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to work as the 1st line liaison with internal departments, both deskside and remote support of sites.

The is a varied technical role and will offer a fantastic opportunity for you to develop you technical skills being able to have touchpoints with all IT within the business and projects.

To be successful in this role you will need to clearly demonstrate the following :

• A problem solving, analytic, troubleshooting approach to your work
• Good understanding of PCs and peripherals, ie. printers, scanners etc
• Experience in any of the following: Windows Server, MSOffice, LogMeIn, VMware, tape and disk drives, backups
• Very strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Attention to detail
