I am currently recruiting for a Junior Service Desk Analyst for my client based in Ipswich, this will be for an initial 6 month contract, with a high chance of extension past this point.
For the role we are looking for candidate with
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge and some exposure to Windows 7, Active Directory, MS Exchange. Citrix.
- Password Resets
- Active Directory Issues and Documentation (User set up, access and permissions)
- Printer issues
- iPhone + Tablet software issues
- End user documentation
For this role we will be paying £100 - £120 per day through an umbrella or limited company.
