Job Description
* Providing 1st Line Support to all supported users
* Providing first time fix solutions to all IT problems
* Re-allocating support calls to necessary providers
* Answering ICT Service desk calls and responding to users
* Explaining problems and technical solutions to users
* Logging callers jobs on the Service desk system
* Liaising with system managers and other departments to arrange system maintenance
This role is likely to extend beyond the initial 3 months, however it is imperative that you are available to start immediately.
