Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk, 1st Line, Support, Windows, Microsoft, Customer Service

Service Desk Officer with customer service background required for 8 week contract to handle ICT Service Desk calls.  Service desk calls will be received via the telephone, via e-mail or, in the future, via electronic forms deployed via the ICT Service Desk application.

Calls will be received from staff and may be service requests or incidents. Service desk staff are expected to demonstrate strong customer services skills allied to ICT technical skills to try and resolve as many of these calls as possible at the first point of contact while customers are on the phone.

Customer service experience with a good knowledge around back and front end of operating systems is required.

Must be able to start by 28th November 2016.

For these roles we are paying £10.00 per hour through an umbrella company for a duration of 8 weeks.
