IT Security Manager – up to 70K, plus bonus & benefits


This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Security Manager to join a global company being responsible for the IT Security strategy and long term IT technical Security Solutions, protecting the estate against internal and external vulnerabilities and attacks.

You will be bringing your experience to bear in this leadership role and will include the following:
  • IT Security strategy
  • Protect the production environment from internal & external unauthorised access to data and information through real time monitoring & alerting
  • Working with 3rd party security vendors and internal teams to proactively monitor the estate for security threats
  • Ensure the production environment is secured to ensure production performance
  • To support the ongoing technical aspects of ISO27001, SOX, SOC compliance efforts and compliance objectives
  • Security policy compliance – technical audits
  • Information Security and Privacy and Data Privacy requirements
  • Support the vulnerability management program
  • Investigation into security issues
  • Meeting the needs of the business/clients as well as certifying and regulatory bodies
  • Intrusion detection system reporting
  • Regular reporting in to the Head of Governance
  • Management of penetration testing
