Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to work as part of a talented team based in Lichfield. This organisation has gone from “strength to strength” over the years and now have over 200 members of staff working within their head office.

They are looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide appropriate technical support for all IT users and to carry out visits to the company’s locations. You can also expect to be carrying out training for company employees when necessary whilst working very closely with a team of 5 support staff.

They will be looking for individuals with at least 2 years experience in 1st/2nd line support. You must have proven experience in Windows 7/server 2008/2012 and other related Microsoft products. They will be looking for working knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010.

Attitude and character go a long way within this business and they will only consider individuals with a passion and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication skills will also be a trait they will be strongly looking for as you can expect to liaise with clients on a regular basis.
