Job Description


IT Engineer/Service Desk Support requirement to join an organisation based in Coventry. This role offers attractive working hours in a central location.

Skills and requirements for the role –
Windows 7
Active Directory
Marval (desired)
Good Communication Skills

You will be working in a busy service desk environment being the single point of contact for all customer communications. You will need to have both reactive and pro-active elements of incident management, in addition to this you will support, install and configure desktop IT systems, printers and third party software.
