Job Description
Up To £30,000
Our client are currently looking to recruit for a Incident Manager who will be the main point of contact for all incidents and take ownership for the control, management and communications of incidents.
As the incident manager your duties will include to evaluate the incidents level of severity and monitor and adjust where appreciate. In addition you will analyse the problem to identify potential resolution and to own the incident and problem management tools. Suitable Incident Managers will be able to manage conflicting requests, prioritise workloads and able to work within a very fast paced environment. Knowledge of ITIL would be beneficial.
Candidates with experience within Contact Centres, Financial Services would be advantageous.
