Helpdesk Analyst - Support, Service Desk, IT, 1st line, 2nd line. 
£19,000 - £20,000
Based in Shrewsbury, commutable form Telford, Market Dryton, Bridgenorth, Nantwich, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Newport.

Helpdesk Analyst required for a global reaching company based in Shrewsbury. This role would suit a someone with commercial experience within a helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Support environment. You will have the thirst for learning new technologies as you will be required to pick up and understand bespoke systems.

Skills Required: 
Excellent Customer Service and phone manner. 
Strong written skills
Ability to solve problems in a calm and empathetic manner
Previous experience within an IT environment.
 
Desirable skills Required:
Knowledge of MS Windows XP/7/8.1
Knowledge of Windows Server Operating System 2003/2008/2012
Knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of Networking (O/S Level)
Knowledge of SQL Server or other Databases.
