Job Description

We are looking for experienced User Researchers to be based in the new Digital and Technology Division at our government client’s site in Sheffield to help deliver new and improved services.

A successful candidate will have years of experience running user research as part of a user-centered design process, and will have delivered products and services in an Agile environment.

We're looking for talented and tenacious people to join our digital team in London, to take the lead in creating world-class services in the justice system. We were the first digital team in a government department, and the first to deliver an exemplar service.

We have over 120 staff, with experts in software development, design and user research, and work with around 50 organisations, including the courts service and GDS.

We use cutting-edge Agile development approaches to make rapid but meaningful improvements to public services that live up to the unique challenges of MOJ's responsibility to society.
