Job Description
To be effective you will be familiar with a range of digital / web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies have applied aAile development methodologies. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to rationalise complex information to make it understandable for others to work with.
The ability to work independently, proactively and with versatility in responding to changing circumstances is essential. You will need an eye for detail, excellent internal and external communication skills and be able to interrogate reported information and challenge sources and established conventions where inconsistencies are found.
Lead, participate in and support change initiatives by deploying business analysis, change management and leadership knowledge, skills and experience; Hold line management responsibilities for other Business Analysts. Build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders, ensuring full engagement and resolving conflict where required.
Essential
Be experienced analysing a range of digital / web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies have applied agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall Project Management delivery methodologies.
Use your experience in business change, rationalisation and transformation while working closely with the nominated product manager to define a product approach to meet the specified user need.
Previous hands-on Business Analyst experience, ideally in a lead role on large scale full-stack software delivery projects.
Experience of working directly with Architects and Developers to come up with technical solutions to requirements.
Be able to effectively communicate these solutions to other stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a variety of business domains.
Strong experience of Agile methodology and its various implementations, especially Scrum and Kanban.
Acute attention to detail.
Experienced in analysing cloud-based digital / web services in a fast-paced high-transactional environment.
Stakeholder management: must have and can demonstrate their ability to influence and lead others regardless of seniority.
