Job Description

Desktop Support Analyst (Network Analyst) required in Inner London for 3 months.

You will play an important role in ensuring that the IT Support and Service Team provides strategic, routine and emergency support to users.

Role:

Provide frontline IT helpdesk support, for either location, remotely or at the physical location
Resolving user incidents, service requests and problems
This will be in line with documented service standards.
In addition to user support, the IT Support Officer will manage all aspects of Microsoft Cloud services including:
O365 mail adds, moves and changes of email, assigning share mailboxes including permissions and problem solving issues
Managing, assigning and reporting on mobile devices via MS InTune
Managing Azure AD including adds, moves and changes; group assignments; managing user groups
Taking over incidents passed over from the Service desk officers and working with customers to resolve their incidents; this could be via telephone, email, connecting to the customer’s computer remotely or at a user’s desk, and solving user issues.
Regularly check the ITSM system and verify, log, investigate and progress any issues found.
Undertake user account and infrastructure administration and problem solving
Client comprises two locations; Swindon and London, each with approximately 150 users in a networked environment of roughly equal numbers of desktop machines and laptops, running Windows.

Min 2/3 years experience required in a similar frontline IT helpdesk /User support role, covering most of the areas below.
