Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre – Burton on Trent – Full Time 4 on 4 off

GSA Techsource is currently recruiting multiple Call Centre, Customer Service Advisors for a leading gaming company in Burton on Trent. The Customer Support team are primarily responsible for efficiently logging service incidents, maintaining customer expectations and overall satisfaction. Within this role you will be dealing with all customer and field engineer queries as well as taking on additional duties such as orders and general administration. 

Key Responsibilities
  • To handle and process inbound customer calls 
  • Input and manage service incidents accurately and efficiently
  • To assist with field engineer queries, which can include ordering spare parts and service call progression
  • Identify and escalate any concerns with increased call volumes
Suitable candidates will have 
  • Experience working in a customer service environment, whether this may be in a contact/call centre, retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Key attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team and on your own
Working Hours & Benefits 
  • This is a full time role working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern which equates to 37.5 hours working week
  • Shift patterns are on a 4 weekly rota
    • Week 1 7am – 7pm
    • Week 2 8am – 8pm
    • Week 3 9am – 9pm
    • Week 4 10am – 10pm
  • 33 Days holidays per year
