This is an opportunity to work in a modern contemporary environment with one of the UK's fastest growing e-commerce companies.
The role is to map and improve the customers journey across a variety of customer touch points giving the customer the best possible shopping experience.
You will analyse customer behaviour and trends to enhance the company offering and engaging with internal stakeholders to maintain a high level of customer journey satisfaction in line with ongoing commercial needs.
Focusing on on ensuring the optimisation of customer satisfaction and the cost of the interaction to the company.
The role will include creating and maintaining profiles of relevant customer groups, and using this information to create fitting customer journey data to encompass all the companies touch points and making an efficient and attractive customer journey. Review the customer journey ensuring a best practice environment.
You will need to be educated to degree level with 2-4 years of relevant experience, a good understanding of journey planning methodologies and the tools and techniques used.
A team player with a commercial insight and a understanding of segmentation and personalization concepts.
