This is an exciting and excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Journey Planning Specialist to join a world leading b2c / b2b expanding eCommerce team which has very exciting strategic and growth plans .
You will be part of this team mapping, reviewing and continuously improving the journey(s) of their customers across the various customer touch points (catalogue, web, telesales, customer support centre, etc) in place to provide their customers with the best possible shopping experience.
As a Customer Journey Specialist you will need to be able to clearly demonstrate your experience with a combination of the following dependant on the level of experience you have attained thus far:
- good understanding of journey planning methodologies, toos and techniques
- a team player, willing and able to work cross discipline to achieve optimal results
- commercial insights allowing you to define the most relevant customer experience
- understand segmentation and personalisation concepts and use theseto design journeys for specific customers or customer groups
- fact driven, always ensuring decisions making is driven by proper measurement techniques
- highly customer focussed and a clear drive for results
