Job Description
This role is inside IR35.
Experience Required:
Experience of delivering complex projects working with third party suppliers
Experience of delivering service improvement within a Contact Centre environment
Experience of implementing people and cultural change
Managing full end-to-end delivery from business case to successful delivery; including evidence of distilling complex projects into component constituent work packages
Managing full cycle delivery including, planning, delivery and all test aspects
Significant experience and understand of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling using MS Project or similar Project planning tools
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, including experience of participation and advising on Project boards
Evidence of ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
BPSS (DS) - Baseline Personnel Security Standard (with a Disclosure Scotland)
