You will be responsible for the line management of 8 members of staff in the Patient Experience team, responsible for the delivery of the Trusts complaints & PALS services.
To implement, monitor and develop the Trust's PALS and complaints policy, to ensure that al complaints are managed in-line with requirements set down nationally.
You will need to have experience of working in a similar post to be considered, ideally having experience of line managing in the NHS.
