- CCNA WIreless and/or Security
- Strong Cisco ASA troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of VPN Configuration
- It's advantageous to hav wireshark experience

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a customer centric approach to your work and your support and troubleshooting knowledge and skills in: SNMP based network management systems; troubleshooting skills; Cisco ASA; strong communication skills and a customer service approach
