Key Requirements:
  • CCNA WIreless and/or Security
  • Strong Cisco ASA troubleshooting
  • Excellent knowledge of VPN Configuration
  • It's advantageous to hav wireshark experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cisco Network Operations Engineer with ASA Security skills to join a successful and growing managed & support service provider who are going through another period of growth.

Working for this multi vendor supplier (Gold Partner status and partner status across Cisco, Microsoft, Riverbed, F5, NetApp, VMWare, EMC ... ) as part of a highly successful customer Operations team you will enjoy a varied and challenging role focused network & security customer issues.

You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a customer centric approach to your work and your support and troubleshooting knowledge and skills in: SNMP based network management systems; troubleshooting skills; Cisco ASA; strong communication skills and a customer service approach

(This role includes a shift pattern and an OnCall rota: the package includes shift allowance, oncall payment and bonus )
