Cisco UC / IPT Engineer (CCNA) – 42-45K package

As an experienced Cisco UC / VC / IPT Support Engineer (CCNA or CCNP voice) you will be joining a global IT Services Provider and Consultancy whom are a globally recognised leader in their industry and have significant growth plans.

As a Cisco UC / VC / IPT Network Engineer they are a multi vendor environment and offer real and great opportunities to expand your skill set or specialise within it, with an in-house university and opportunities to carve a career. Working on enterprise networks and projects.

In this Network Engineer role you will be based on a Client site as part of a team providing direct services and projects to the Client.

We are looking for a CCNA Voice accredited or experience equivalent Support Engineer with excellent communication skills who enjoys working with people and have a proactive approach to your work.

Your technical skills need to include:
  • Cisco UC technology including Jabber and Video (VC)
  • Video and video conferencing technologies
  • Faulty equipment replacement
  • Proactive maintenance of UC systems
  • Reporting
  • Knowledge of eco-system ie. Netwise, Tiger, Prognosis
 
This role does involve shifts and the package is combination of basic salary £33,000 plus shift allowance c £9,000, 10% bonus and overtime and a full benefits package.

 
This role would suit someone who is able to demonstrate their ability and commitment to learning and development.
