This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Office Administrator with commercial experience to help support a rapidly growing Business Consultancy Company.
In this diverse role you will support and assist the Business Support Manager with supporting the back office functions of the business as it continues to grow, based in the Birmingham City Centre office.
The role will involve:
- Supporting and administering the company processes
- Maintain the company’s IT systems
- Arranging and supporting company events, meetings etc
- Maintain the company’s office and supplies
- Maintain the company’s asset register including asset inventory of hardware, software licences, subscriptions etc
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers
- Managing general office enquiries
- Supporting the company’s internal and external communications, including the company’s social media presence
- Contributing to internal company projects
