About the Role
This position is with an established IT Provider who are focused on delivering top quality services to their customers and focus on a healthy work-life balance!
Are you an experienced and motivated 2nd Line Support Engineer? Well if yes, then this is the role for you! This is an interesting and challenging position, where you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible for supporting the systems and end users on the EPOS side of the business. You will also be involved in roll out presentations and configurations, SQL queries, support writing and sage account software.

- Hands-on experience in technical skills such as; SQL, EPOS, Crystal reports.
- An ability to work closely within a small team
- Provide desk-side and remote support to users, including resolving software issues.
- Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
