Based from the Bromsgrove office you will be responsible for client care and supporting local clients in a 1st and 2nd line capacity.
Logging and ticketing all technical issues
Installing hardware and software when required
Completing physical repairs for broken equipment when required you will be required to do cabling
Creating and editing documentation
The ideal candidate will have worked within an IT position previously such as a helpdesk, service desk, IT support or field based technician role.
Min 1 month, then weekly rolling.
